【2023.8.29】Leon's DPE + CFRU ROM Base 火红905蓝本补丁

2023.8.29大更新，因为整合了CFRU/DPE那自然1-8代的几乎所有内容都有了。

但是，还是需要使用者手动写入CFRU和DPE，具体操作在解压后的pdf文件中有详细描述
