每个月图包要到下个月最后一天才更新(美国某时区，按北京时间还要再迟一天)
比如7月图包要到北京时间9.1才更新。
同时还可能因为各种原因继续推迟

此外本体和图包是分开更新的，所以时常会出现：
- 图包更新而版本号没变
- 版本号更新而图包没变
