【火红/绿宝石】改版用心金魂银BGM补丁

使用方法：
1. 打上你版本对应的ips补丁。然后扩容到32MB
2. 把HGSS Unofficial Update.bit里的所有数据拷贝到ROM的0x1200000位置
3. 这步只有火红要做。把Songtable.bit里的所有数据拷贝到ROM的0x1000000位置（明显是因为修改了Songtable的位置）
