Pokemon - FireRed +Plus

FireRed +Plus aims to bring the unique region of the Orange Islands to players across the globe. The Sevii Islands have been removed because they served no purpose except to add content, which the Orange Islands will be adding. So in the place of the 7 Sevii Islands, players get a whole new region.

Upon defeating the Elite Four, the player will head home (players with savestates only can skip the end credits reset) and if they have caught 60 Pokemon or more, Professor Oak will upgrade the Pokedex to the National Dex, and your rival will mention that he is going to the Orange Islands to search for Pokemon.

Upon hearing this Prof. Oak asks you to pick up something from a colleague on Valencia Island. He arranges for you to take a ferry straight to Valencia Island from the Vermilion Dock. And the new quest starts NOW. Access to Kanto is cut off as soon as you arrive, you need a ferry pass to get back to Kanto and you wont get one for quite some time.

On Valencia Island, just head up the winding path battling the trainers past the town to the Prof. Ivy's Lab and head on in to speak with her. Keep an eye out for sinister happenings.

Once you reach Prov. Ivy you realize she has found a GS Ball and this is the item you were sent to retrieve. But before you are able to grab it, Team Rocket steps in and steals it.

Prof. Ivy mentions something about them having abnormal Pokemon and sends you toward Mikan Island to rescue the GS Ball. Surfing off the Eastern beach of Valencia, you are able to reach Mikan Island, but you cannot progress until you defeat the first Orange League Gym Leader, Cissy.

Cissy is a Flying and Water Type Gym Leader and, like all Orange Crew members, fights in a double battle. All gym leaders fight with 6 Pokemon 2 on 2 in an all out brawl. Defeating them will not be easy even after beating the Elite 4.

After Cissy you are sent to Navel Island, where Danny trains. He is Ice and Bug. but there are several other islands you have access to after Mikan. The ocean is free range, you can go anywhere your little surfing Pokemon can take you.
